FAQ

You are not required to register with us to place an order. However, we strongly recommend that you do so in order to keep track of your order history. It also helps us with first point resolution in case of returns, exchange, refunds and other enquiries.
There are two shipping options available as following:
  1. Standard shipping can take up to 6 weeks in total including handling, dispatch from our warehouse and arrival at your address. Most of customers will get their ordered items earlier than 6 weeks.
  2. Express shipping takes up to 3 weeks max and in most cases 2 weeks only. Occasionally there can be delays with express shipping considering if there are special requirements in your order or the order is placed during public holidays period or unforeseeable circumstances out of our control.
Please allow up to 3 business days for the handling of your order and for the payment to clear. Once the payment has been cleared into our account we will send you a confirmation and dispatch your order
Yes, on the checkout page please review your order carefully and select express shipment option. The additional charge for express shipping is displayed on the checkout page.
Yes, we offer discounts time to time. If you are an registered user of Koaas you in the luck to receive more offers than non-registered users. Non-registered users can sign up to our newsletter and when we have discounts available they get notified via email.
Yes, you can cancel you order with in 2 business days for accidental purchase or simply change in mind. Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order. You can reach us on support@koaas.com if you have further questions.
Yes, we do not save or store credit card details, therefore we do not have the visibility of your credit card number, expiry or cvv (security code) details. All the information is encrypted through secure SSL 256 bit connection to protect all transactions.
